Travelling with a Wheelchair – What You Need to Know
We can transport most manual and powered wheelchairs, provided they have appropriate anchor points for a four-point harness.

If your wheelchair can be securely fastened, you may remain seated in it during the journey.

If you use a mobility scooter, you must transfer into a regular seat before your scooter is loaded and secured.

For safety reasons, any wheelchair or scooter that cannot be properly strapped in cannot be transported.

Travelling with more passengers or multiple wheelchairs?
For trips involving a wheelchair plus more than one additional passenger, or for transporting two wheelchairs, please call 13 2227. We’ll make sure the correct vehicle is assigned to meet your needs.
