You can now choose to turn off marketing push notifications in the app. You’ll still receive important trip notifications, such as driver arrival updates and booking information.
How to switch off marketing notifications
Log in to the app and open the menu (orange button in the top left corner).
2. Tap Profile.
3. Scroll to Marketing Push Notifications.
4. Tap the slider to turn it off. It will change from orange to grey.
5. You can switch notifications back on at any time using the same steps.
6. When turned off, the profile screen will show Marketing Push Notifications: No.
Will this affect my trip notifications?
No. You will continue to receive trip and booking notifications.
Will this affect password reset emails?
No. Password reset emails and other account messages will still be sent.
Can I make this change on the website?
Not yet. This option is currently only available in the app.
