How to lodge a Lost Property case:
There are several options.

Call our Contact Centre on 13 22 27 - when prompted, select option 3 for 'other', from here follow the prompts for Lost Property; this will take you directly to speak with one of our helpful operators.

A team member will ask you to provide details regarding your missing item, please prepare this information ahead of the conversation.

What are the defining features?
Any other specific information relevant to your item/s
Where in the cab you may have lost item (front, back seat or the boot).
Example for lost phone:
iphone 14pro max, in a clear case with blue stars on the back, has a crack in the screen at the top right. I was sitting in the backseat on the passenger side.
The operator may also ask to provide specific details of your ride; These details help our operators narrow down the car you travelled in to liaise with the driver. These questions may include:
Time and date of travel
Booking number
Pick up/drop off locations.
Once the required details are collected the operator will provide you with a Lost Property Reference number, this is specific to your Lost Property case. A team member will attempt to contact the driver to find the item.
How to collect your item
There are options depending on your preference and the driver's availability.
For urgent items, the Driver can deliver to you as a paid trip. There is a cost associated with this, amounting to the trip fare.
The Driver can return to a 13cabs offices for you to personally collect at your earliest convenience. This is done at no cost.
Suspicious items will be brought to the closest police station for you to personally collect at your earliest convenience.
