Everything you need to know about getting your receipts.

There are several options to get your receipt/invoice.

  1. Ask the driver in the cab at the end of your journey.

  2. If you have an active account via the 13cabs app with your email address registered, you will get an email receipt at the completion of your journey. The email will be sent from noreply@13cabs.com.au, please check your spam/junk folder.

To get a reprint of your receipt sent to your email, you can submit a request via 13cabs contact us

To assist us in locating your specific trip, please provide as many details as possible:

This information includes:

  • Trip request number (from the app)

  • Time and date of travel

  • Pick up/drop off locations

  • In some instances, we will ask you for a screenshot of payment.

With this information a team member will re-generate your receipt and send to the email address provided in the form submission.

Please note that we cannot guarantee receipts for trips over 12-months ago.
