Upon receipt, your 13cabs Gift Card will be inactive for security reasons. An activation email will be sent to the email address provided during the order.

To avoid any potential loss of funds, we strongly recommend activating the gift card only after it has been delivered. 13cabs is not liable for any funds lost due to early activation.

Once the card has been activated via the automated link, your 13cabs Gift Card will be ready to be used for travel and payment in 13cabs and Silver Service taxis.
