What is a Fastcard
A Fastcard is a travel solution offered by Cabcharge. It is designed for frequent travellers and can be customised with various restrictions, including fare limits, time of use, and days of use. It is also available in digital version.
Who is eligible for a Fastcard?
We offer this product to our corporate clients who have an existing account with Cabcharge. Clients can issue Fastcards to their employees or users based on specific travel needs and requirements.
How can they be used?
Simply Tap & Go-no passwords or PINs required. Receipts are automatically sent to the recipient.
How can they be topped up?
Fastcard is a postpaid product and cannot be topped up. The card will continue to be active and able to be used by the cardholder until such a time that is cancelled by your organisation, or if it's used outside of the applied restrictions that are provided at the time of ordering.
Are there any fees associated with using or maintaining a fastcard?
A Fastcard incurs a fee of $5 (plus postage). This fee applies whether you are ordering a new card, replacing a lost or damaged card, or renewing cards. If your card is lost or damaged, you will need to pay the standard fee for a replacement.
What should users do if they lose or damage their fastcard?
In event of lost or damaged cards, clients should notify their provider or Cabcharge as soon as possible to cancel the card. For replacements, the users need to contact their provider.
